Management Board

Registration in progress. The composition of the first Management Board is given according to the draft documents appointing it; it will be confirmed after entry in the KRS register.

The first Management Board is appointed for a joint 4-year term. We will publish the start date of the term after entry in the KRS register (registration in progress).

• The Management Board consists of 2 to 5 persons, including a President and a Vice-President.
• The Management Board runs the Foundation's activity and represents it externally; each member of the Management Board makes declarations of intent on behalf of the Foundation independently.
• The Management Board's tasks include adopting programmes of activity and financial plans, managing assets, accepting donations and grants, preparing activity reports and financial statements, and adopting regulations.
• Resolutions are passed by a simple majority with at least half of the members present; they may be passed electronically.

The Foundation Council — a supervisory body — is not appointed at this stage; until it is appointed, its powers are exercised by the Founder (statute, § 16 para. 2).
