The statute obliges the Foundation to publicly disclose its sources of funding (§ 8 para. 2) and to submit an annual activity report every year and make it publicly available (§ 22 para. 2). This page will be the place for that transparency.

• The Foundation discloses every donor whose payments exceeded 10% of revenue in a financial year; if a donor reserved anonymity permitted by law, we disclose the amount and the category of the donor.
• The Foundation's total revenue from businesses in the artificial intelligence sector may not exceed 30% of its revenue in a financial year.
• All income is used for statutory activity; the Foundation does not conduct business activity.
• The financial year equals the calendar year; the first financial year ends on 31 December 2027.

Founding fund contributed by the Founder: PLN 500 and a specialist book collection with an estimated value of PLN 290 (statute, § 9 para. 1).

The statute allows, among other things: donations, inheritances and bequests, grants, subsidies and funds from Poland and abroad, collections, tax allocations (for public benefit organisations), paid public benefit activity, interest and deposits.

The foundation is being registered and has no income yet. Actual sources of funding will be described here once they exist.

Registration in progress. We will publish the bank account number and the payment reference once the account is opened.

The first activity report and financial statement will cover the period up to 31.12.2027 and will be published on this page.

Information about the costs and providers of the portal infrastructure will be published after the foundation is registered.
